Twelve

Riley wanted to go four wheeling for his birthday date.  We've had some trouble with our four wheelers this year and so it was hard to figure out a time to do it but we managed to squeeze in a couple of hours.  Riley loves this kind of stuff.  Ever since he was little he's always wanted to be behind the wheel of something. When he was just a little guy, I used to let him sit on my lap and drive around the culdusac that we lived on.  My Dad has done his fair share of letting Riley drive too.  He was in his element.

All was going well until he went through a huge mud puddle and that was the end of that fun.  The four wheeler stopped working so Rob had to tie a rope and tow Riley back to the car.  Go figure, the kid even like that and thought it was an adventure.  We took him to dinner after and enjoyed some warm soup and food because we were freezing.

Love this kid with all of my heart.  They just don't come any better than him and I feel so blessed to have him in my life.  I don't know what I would do without him.
